Do you know about the covid-19 rent relief program? This program is for tenants. It will provide eligible households with rental subsidy.

To qualify you must：
- Must be a tenant
- Live in New York State
- Lost income between April 1, 2020 and July 31, 2020;
- Before March 7, 2020, household income must meet income guidelines 80% of the Area Median Income,
- Households must be “rent burdened” (rent is more than 1/3 of income) during the months they are applying for assistance between April 1, 2020 to July 31, 2020.
- Have not previously received a subsidy from the COVID Rent Relief Program.
